Graduate, Sydney - 13 Sep 2024
There are plenty of opportunities, just try your best with loads of passion and management will recognise the hard work and sacrifice you put in.
Graduate, Sydney - 13 Sep 2024
Im only a junior and can't speak much about this, but as per my observation. The career progress is quite faster compared to private companies because promoting to IC can at least only take 2 years or 2 busy seasons.
Site Engineer, Sydney - 12 Sep 2024
At this stage it hasn't been something I've thought about too much, but it seems that when Acciona finds good people they like to hold onto them and promote them up the business. Many of my peers have been at Acciona for a long time, which indicates to me that there is good opportunity for career progression.
Graduate, Melbourne - 12 Sep 2024
Constantly asked about where I would like to transition/rotate to and welcomed wherever I go.
Graduate, Melbourne - 12 Sep 2024
I requested to experience a rotation in a complete different department and the team was more than willing to let this happen which I think was great. I am still awaiting confirmation so I can't speak too soon. I think they are fair with how they progress you in the business.
Graduate, Sydney - 28 Aug 2024

Graduate, Melbourne - 27 Aug 2024
Graduate program is a bit generalized, although there is some flexibility, it is not clear exactly what options you have for accelerated progression.
Graduate, Sydney - 23 Aug 2024
Can't really say just yet as it's a duration based criteria as a Grad which I haven't hit yet
Graduate, Melbourne - 23 Aug 2024
very good to make connections with other acciona firms from project to corporate or even international.
Graduate, Melbourne - 22 Aug 2024
Promotion seems to occur shortly after people are capable and the review process is documented and straight forward.
Graduate, Adelaide - 22 Aug 2024
Not seen much information regarding career progress apart from taking my own initiatives to research and ask around
Graduate, Sydney - 22 Aug 2024
There seems to be a clear career progression from grad to site engineer to project engineer to senior project engineer to manager. As well as opportunities for growth interstate and overseas
Graduate, Melbourne - 07 Aug 2024
I have frothingly meetings with my manager to talk about what comes next and the future, so I'm confident about my career.

Usually merit.
Graduate, Melbourne - 07 Aug 2024
Whilst I am learning much within my current job, the career progression is unclear. However, I am developing important skills and experience which will be extremely beneficial to progressing my career.
Graduate, Melbourne - 07 Aug 2024
Eventually will progress to promotion after completion of the grad program with competency list all ticked. Future opportunities are plenty since it's a fast growing area and there will be more future projects coming in.
Graduate, Sydney - 07 Aug 2024
I think it's too early for me to answer this question. However, I've been told by graduates from previous years that there are many options to choose from for your next position.
Graduate, Sydney - 04 Aug 2024
I'm unsure what awaits next year, I would be honored to continue working for this company. It isn't really communicated what are new opportunities once out of the grad program. The rotations in the graduate program are amazing, we are encouraged to try something different to broaden our skills and knowledge
Graduate, Sydney - 30 Jul 2024
It is quite straight forward progression for an engineer moving from undergrad the to graduate, then site and project engineer. Moving from graduate to site engineer just requires time. They have a minimum 18month requirement to be on the graduate program. After that going from site to project is experience and how good you are
