Corporate Social Responsibility at ACCIONA Australia and New Zealand

We have many infrastructure projects which provide more transport alternatives for the public.

They have CSR projects but I have not attended any yet.

Acciona is a big believer in sustainability and sustainable practices. This is a huge aspect of the business.

The projects of the company in itself demonstrate CSR with strong links to sustainability. The construction of windfarms and waste to energy plants to name a couple and the removal of level crossings providing safety is another.

I'm working on a regional project where we treat local residents, especially local aboriginal cultures and residents with the most respect and making sure their voices are involved in the project.

Acciona have CSR initiatives

Again, I don't know much about this area within the company, apologies.

The company is always dedicated to great CRS projects and incentives. as one of the largest renewable energy producers and providers in the world Acciona always aims to act with great CSR. They offer great renewable transport methods and only aim to partake in projects that offer renewable and sustainable growth. For example the two largest project in Brisbane at the moment for Acciona are the development of the Macintyre wind farm and the Brisbane Metro, infrastructure work to help the city's bus network expand to allow for use of electric busses.

There are several corporate initiatives that focus on the social aspects of the company. However, an initiative that I quite like is the opportunity to invest $1000 or more of your salary into the company which holds many economic opportunities and benefits for employees.
