From my perspective the culture is terrific. Everyone is always working with the best interests of the project and business at front of mind. The level of buy-in by all members of the team is quite amazing. Everyone always wants to help each other, whether that's within the same team or between departments. As a graduate I feel like I have great mentors to learn from who are eager to offer advice and knowledge.

Very toxic environment, lots of talking behind people's backs, working culture is to work all day and night, and on weekends.

Pretty good culture. Every team or company will have its issues, however, we are all dedicated to the common goal. Everyone is open and welcoming. Drinks are always on Friday evenings. We do some events for example, to celebrate NAIDOC.

Hierachy is fked, you dont matter as a person if youre at the bottom and get treated as disposable. At the top the SPEs and Supervisors just hang out and have a laugh all day. At least 70% of the time they arent even working.

There is a strong company culture. Often there are catchups on fri afternoons. The company organises many events such as fun runs, surf days etc.
