What are your thoughts on pay and bonuses at your company?
Good.
Graduate, Sydney - 13 Sep 2024
As a CPA, the offered salary is low.
Site Engineer, Sydney - 12 Sep 2024
I feel that the starting salary which I'm currently on is very competitive.
Graduate, Melbourne - 12 Sep 2024
Happy with the pay as I believe it is above market average which makes up for overtime worked. However yet to see the bonus structure.
Graduate, Melbourne - 12 Sep 2024
It is interesting to compare that currently my workload is considerably higher than some of my engineer colleagues (as a finance graduate), yet they are paid a higher salary. So that is something to consider for my company. It does feel slightly unfair to consider you are getting paid less for more work. In terms of bonuses - this is something I have not been exposed to yet, as I am newer.

Best part about the job, but also worst. Need to be paid overtime or dont force me to work it. Salary is good though 80k for grad
Graduate, Melbourne - 27 Aug 2024
Unpaid overtime brought the score down
Graduate, Sydney - 23 Aug 2024
Yeh pay and bonuses are good although the bonus doesn't really align with the workday target which is based off company performance which makes me think that we're underperforming.
Graduate, Melbourne - 23 Aug 2024
Should be increasing with inflation
Graduate, Auckland - 23 Aug 2024

Graduate, Melbourne - 22 Aug 2024

Graduate, Melbourne - 07 Aug 2024
Good pay and bonuses, might be possible to have more outside help (medical, transport)
Graduate, Sydney - 07 Aug 2024
I think across construction the company is competitive.
Graduate, Melbourne - 07 Aug 2024
Very satisfied given graduate position. Unsure or bonus but I believe it to be satisfactory.
Graduate, Melbourne - 07 Aug 2024
Salary is competitive and there will be a salary review regularly every year I think. Also entitled to a bonus each year.
Graduate, Sydney - 07 Aug 2024
There could be better ways to motivate, incentivize, and recognize graduates who put in extra effort, learn quickly, work independently, and contribute to projects more effectively.
Graduate, Sydney - 04 Aug 2024
the pay and bonuses provided by the company is excellent, especially for the cost of living at the moment.
Graduate, Sydney - 30 Jul 2024
Although being with the company since 2022, since I haven't been on a full time contract for a year, I am not entitled to a bonus and thus haven't received one since I have joined. Understandably it is my first job out of uni (although already having experience), but the pay is underwhelming for the hours we commit to this job. When discussing with the blue collar workforce and the amount they are paid due to overtime, it feels like the white collar work force is under appreciated. Of course the blue collar do the manual labour however the pay gap is enormous for equal amount of hours that are worked

What are your company's best or most unusual perks? For example: free tickets, free dinners, moving expenses, taxis, pension, etc.

Graduate, Sydney - 13 Sep 2024

Site Engineer, Sydney - 12 Sep 2024

Graduate, Melbourne - 12 Sep 2024
Nothing, other companies that I have worked at were more flexible and provided opportunities for employees to access mental health days, gave certain discounts to staff for partnerships, and had parking
Graduate, Sydney - 12 Sep 2024
Only perk I have accessed/know of is corporate seats at the MCG. Was able to take 2 of my mates there for free provided by the company, very awesome perk.
Graduate, Melbourne - 12 Sep 2024
I think Qantas club? I don't think we have that many perks that I am aware of? They have covered moving expenses for some of my colleagues.
Graduate, Sydney - 28 Aug 2024
Not that im aware of. Also really fucked up that they give us 4 weeks leave, and force us to take 2 over christmas. So basically 2 weeks leave, and unpaid overtime
