I expect more online training tailored to engineering field.

The training and development programs are great, there are plenty of mentors with years of experience in the industry that can help guide you in the right direction.

The trainings are extensive but can be overwhelming. Sitting for 8hrs trying to grasp the whole process can be really overwhelming that I tend to have a hard time grasping the information.

The Graduate Program at Acciona has lots of learning and development activities within it. We have monthly 1 hour sessions where someone senior in the business will present to us about their professional journey, where they started, how they got to where they are and how their portion operates and why it is important. We are being put through a course with a University in Madrid, which we have regular sessions and classes for. We had a National Graduate Induction Camp, where we went to Sydney for a week and completed activities and listened to presentations from senior members of the business. I feel like Acciona is investing heavily in their Graduates and I feel very lucky to be a part of it and in a very good position to launch my career.

Minimal training provided

There have been some good ones for the finance graduates. The EDI training was good but as I said, did nothing to acknowledge queer identities. I am an excel wizard thanks to this job.

Good, but a little disorganised

Before the end of our internship, the company's HR team organized a training titled "Transitioning to Corporate Environment Workshop." This session allowed us to share our experiences and gain insights from Emerson professionals about the challenges and opportunities in a corporate setting. The workshop was an invaluable opportunity to understand the nuances of transitioning into a professional environment and to learn from those with extensive experience in the field.

Monthly lunch and learn with business leaders. These are highly informative and a good introduction to other business areas

Some relevant, some not

The company is good it will set you up with whatever tickets you require and holds informal training for any software process that is required for your role.

The first week mainly consists of construction/safety training - white card, SWIRC etc. There's also quite a few online Acciona workplace modules that need to completed.

very professional and accessible

I have had multiple training opportunities at the company both through the graduate program and also directly relevant to my job, which have included multiple interstate training trips both for the graduate program and specialist role specific training.

Training development programs focus on skill sharing which is nice.

Have learnt most through being brought onto new projects run by my team. Have learnt a lot through this and my colleagues and boss have been generous with their time.

Informal workshops are held regularly based on daily needs which can help you lay your hand on your job quickly. Formal trainings also well provided with plenty of resources and company reimbursed training course. I picked up Navisworks, Revit, Civil 3D, Power BI, ProjectWise, Autodesk Construction Cloud in a quarter of the time.

we are taking courses from a university to learn about project management, finance, sustainability. There is also varios courses and training programs that we can study online.
