Currently allow WFH one day per week (optional) but better work in the office as many changes could happen in a Contruction company.

The work hours are good, my team in particular is flexible with work hours. For example, if I needed to go to the dentist before or after work, they are really accommodating.

I normally work 8hrs a day but when I get busy, I still work beyond the 8hrs even if it means continuing my work at home.

Since we're onsite, working from home isn't possible. However, if personal issues arise, we can arrive late or take leave. More importantly for the site team, we are entitled to one paid leave per quarter that does not count toward sick or annual leave.

I am very lucky with my working arrangements. I normally don't, but everyone at Acciona is able to work from home 1 day per week if they wish, and my manager has always been accommodating to any request I have in this area, whether approving leave or allowing work from home days when sick. I always feel like my Manager places my wellbeing ahead of the project, and while I very rarely request something like this, it's good to know I'll be looked after if I ever need it.

Hours are not flexible. Ridiculous amount of unpaid overtime every week

Work hours are somewhat flexible based on the specific team in terms of starting a bit late or finishing a bit early when needed. However, workload is demanding and requires overtime 10-12 hours a day regularly.
