Please tell us about promotion possibilities and fill us in on what it takes to move up the ranks.
It is not always clear what it takes to move up the ranks, or be promoted. It seems that there are a few options: project management, people management, and technical leadership.

As a junior person it depends on your performance and skills

Alluvium has a flat organisational structure. This means, 'moving up the ranks' is not really applicable in the same way as it may be in other more traditionally structured companies. Progression is more to do with the level and style of work you are interested in learning and becoming experienced in, and potentially more around managing projects, and potentially managing people if you wish to go down the path of being a team leader.
