Salary at Alluvium Group

We do get a profit share payment at the end of the financial year if the company has performed well.

I feel Alluvium pays fairly, and their practice of providing a profit share equitably across the business at the end of the financial year is a great initiative (as opposed to only certain individuals receiving bonuses).

Alluvium is less competitive on salary. However, this is a great environment to learn as a gradudate.

Happy with my pay, just received a pay rise which I am very satisfied with so early on in my career.

I think, based on other advertised positions I've seen recently, it is on the lower side of the average range. We get paid a bonus based on profits and our full-time/part-time amount.

I am getting paid 65k + super (AUD). Relative to New Zealand (my home country) this pay is tremendous, but in Australia I feel it is on the lower end. Either way, I am satisfied as is for now. Hopefully there is room for promotion.

Relocation allowance. We have a three-year rotating program including - a company conference, overseas study tour, and leadership development course. Fund one professional membership or subscription for you each year. You can purchase shares in the company.

You colleagues are also often really great people and potentially a new circle of like-minded friends :)

Generous with lunches, flexible with working from home, good work cultures, everyone is very helpful and kind.

We get some fruit and snacks (e.g. muffins, biscuits, chocolate) provided in the kitchen. If you move offices for a certain length of time, they pay moving expenses.

They do have moving expenses, and stuff but not sure? I honestly just love being able to work whenever I feel.
