Lots of different background people. Supportive of women, ethnic minorities and LGBTIQA+ people but not a lot of them working here.

Retention across many departments seems to be an issue, yet other departments glisten with workers who have served 10 years of service plus, although I'm talking about all genders when I say this.

Even within my department, the diversity within the team is fantastic. I think the openness within my team especially is great, and judgement is at a minimum. The overall culture is great.

AGGA is transparent with their notion that everyone deserves a chance to present their capabilities regardless of their background or upbringing. I've had the privilege to meet Graduates from different disciplines, work experiences and hometowns.
