For all I've mentioned I feel as though we should be on $30,000 per annum. Considering we cannot keep a team of staff and rely on a revolving door of contractors and graduates, the market seems to agree that we're underpaid.

Pay at AGAA for a graduate metallurgist is adequate. It falls within the average range. Although there are other companies that offer more, having a good work culture is more important to me, and this was demonstrated throughout my experiences across both sites. However, I am unsure what the base rate for my role is as the value is given as a total package including super and health insurance. Compared to many other companies, the bonuses at AGAA are conservative.
