Training & Personal Development at Argon & Co

Most of the training in management consulting requires on the ground training, you learn the most if you are in the project.

The graduate program is still developing, it is only in its second year, so materials are understandably developing as us grads continue through the process and give feedback. For how young the program is I would say they have great resources, and as a grad you really have a say on what you would like to be trained on or how you think the program could be improved.

There are lots of training opportunities and resources and all my colleagues have gone the extra mile to give further training and explanations if needed. There could be a more formal platform for a knowledge center
