Argon Allies team does some great initiatives but still some ways to go on leadership commitment.

The best thing about working at Argon is the supportive and inclusive work culture. The environment feels like a close-knit family, and I've formed strong friendships with my colleagues.

Gender diversity really needs to be improved - there is very little female representation in the leadership team.

The days are extremely varied depending on the project, so for people who like trying new things it's a great opportunity. Days can range from hands on, testing out solutions in a manufacturing facility, to intensive data analysis. I've really appreciated the level of responsibility and ownership I've been given as a graduate.

Most managers are really easy to talk to and will readily give you feedback.

The office amenities are great, we have snacks and coffee provided for all staff members as well as complimentary drinks in our bar fridge.

The hiring process is quite relaxed and informal, there is an assessment centre that can take place either individually or as a group.

Good and comparable to competitors however it was misleading to include bonuses in the pay as part of advertising.

There are lots of training opportunities and resources and all my colleagues have gone the extra mile to give further training and explanations if needed.

The hours are pretty standard, there may be some days that you have to put a few more hours in however the company is pretty good at recognising this.

I genuinely have nothing negative to say.
