Very. Work at anytime as long as you get things done on time and in good quality

The hours are pretty standard, there may be some days that you have to put a few more hours in however the company is pretty good at recognising this and being flexible on given working arrangements. Like every job there are periods that are a little more relaxed and periods that are more intense.

This question is very project/boss dependent - some are much more intense than others
