I'm not aware of any sustainability efforts, however as a public agency, it's up to the government of the day to implement this sort of stuff.

It seems like everyone cares.

There has been a new push towards increasing this, but the focus was sent out by management for the staff to action. For such a large organisation, they could consider employment of an environmental officer. To date there has not been a follow up on what's happening in each office. We do have recycling and a green waste bin. In my office there is encourage for reusable coffee cups

Most things are via email now. I have seen cleaners disposing of recycling and general rubbish in the same bags, but since they're managed by the building there's little we can do. There are various green teams as well.

Not as visible as their commitment to Diversity.

Green bins in the offices are good. wish we did more

The green teams were MIA during COVID however have started back up in some states. Our offices make an effort to ensure correct disposal of rubbish, and have a soft plastic area, alongside a reusable bag box. The Melbourne office has recently started also collecting cans to be taken to the can recycling depot.

Haven't observed many active initiatives in this area. It seems to generally be considered important, though.

Some small initiatives are around but sustainability/green initiatives appear to be of relatively low importance to the company. Could definitely do more to integrate sustainability into the company at various levels.

We have a Green Team club which helps lead environmentally green initiatives in the office such as pen and soft plastic collection for recycling and keep cup drives.
Midlevel, Melbourne - 28 May 2021
Not aware of any other than going to paperless.
Graduate, Perth - 27 May 2021
General reminders about turning off computers, lights etc.; recycling bins; printing defaults to double sided etc. Mostly good but little things.
Graduate, Hobart - 27 May 2021
Separate bins for organic waste and recycling in most kitchens. Unsure of other efforts.
