I help monitor and manage the Indvidual risk rules to stop fraud and close the tax gap.

I am definitely satisfied with my work as it is meaningful, exciting and overall enjoyable. Sometimes the amount of work can be too much and I am working above my capacity.

I am currently in my second rotation with one of teams under Policy Analysis and Legislation. I work on a various type of legal research, and learn to write different types of legal documents. I also work on a project with other graduates to develop a new tax policy.

In my current role, which I have just started, I am meant to address technical issues through conducting research and interpreting the law. I have been provided with a project topic that I am looking forward to delivering in the next week or so.

Screening residential investments applications lodged by foreigners

I am required to conduct reviews and audits, where required; and I am also required to assist more experienced staff with their work. Our aim is to disrupt illegal phoenix operators.

As a graduate, there are several rotations undertaken in different business lines while completing the graduate program alongside these duties. The responsibilities can vary depending on what type of work you have been assigned such as: - Applying legislation - Providing procedural advise to clients - Case work - Analysing data - Profiling clients - Utilising ATO software to initiate tasks.

It varies from data analysis to contact centre experience.

We have clear guidance from managers about the work we need to do. We have procedures for the job so day to day work is pretty straight forward.

I am an IT officer. I am working in IT systems to make them more efficient.

My role is to deal with the voidable transactions claim submitted by the Liquidator. I need to do the case anlysis and draft letters to the liquidator for these claims.

Managed the end to end advertising process including client/supplier management, content creation, creative development and strategic documentation.

Assisting case officers with compliance cases This involves understanding various tax issues, developing an understanding of the taxpayer's business processes and identifying areas of tax risk or concern

Typically involved in the development of presentations for executives, assisting with creating and implementing. frameworks/procedures/processes, stakeholder engagement, scheduling and creating agendas and talking points for meetings, facilitating workshops

Throughout the grad role I was in Litigation and Legal Services where I had the primary carriage of cases and was able to commence them as my own. I prepared and filed tribunal documents, drafted legal documents including an affidavit, interviewed parties involved in the case, such as legal representatives and I attended the Federal Court to take judgment in a matter.

In my current rotation I am very satisfied with the work tasks I have been given, they are interesting and challenging and I can see the 'why' in terms of benefit i am assisting with providing.
