What are your thoughts on pay and bonuses at your company?
The pay is good for the work we complete. however, it is not good when compared to the cost of living. 100k will barely get you approved for a home loan nowadays. The company does not really offer 'bonuses'. We are offered high duties allowing us to work at a higher classification whilst being fairly remunerated for it.

There was a lot of discussions regarding the new Enterprise Agreement that has recently come into effect. The Unions were very proactive in sending communications and bringing notice to areas of concern. Overall, I am happy with the pay rise and the benefits outlined in the new EA.

Bonuses aren't provided at my level and overtime is limited. The pay is determined by an Enterprise Agreement and cannot be negotiated on an individual level. This makes promotion to higher APS levels the main way of making more money within the organisation.
