The teams that I have rotated through have been very supportive and have a great work-life balance. All colleagues I have interacted with have been very eager to help graduates out and work with them. I have never been expected to work extra hours. The teams also have a very clear hierarchy and clear understanding of who to report to.

The culture here is great. I never find myself working overtime hours and I feel a strong sense of purpose with my work. Our HR Team is very understanding and I feel supported in all facets of my work, including any professional development I feel like pursuing. There is plenty of socialization within our graduate cohorts.

I have found the culture to be really social. People want to connect on outside of work topics and get to know eachother. There is a good balance of after hours socialising, whereby I don't feel that I'm spending too much of my personal time on work matters, but still socially fulfilled and better connected with my colleagues. Structurally it is a more vertical organisation than I expected. With that said, communication lines are not rigid to that structure, and I have felt I can speak candidly with senior leaders, and even some executives. On cooperation and teamwork, I find most people working here are driven by the same purpose, and to that end, are all very willing to help out and work toward that.

In the office - the hierarchy is flat. I have a good mix of collaborative and individual work responsibilities and feel empowered by my people leader to execute on these. Senior leaders are highly approachable and everyone across the chain of command is friendly and open.

The company's culture is great. I didn't expect it to be this good before I started at the company. In the office people are always happy to have a chat, grab a coffee, and help with work. After hours some people are often happy to go out for a drink to mingle more socially. Although the business has a strong hierarchy, most people are super approachable no matter what level of the business they sit in, unless they are too busy.
