Bonuses are awarded based on the Fund's overall performance. If the fund underperforms, no one gets the bonus. It should not be at the Fund level but based on individual merit/contribution to work.

I am happy with the pay at the company, however it should be noted there is a significant pay discrepancy between the investment and fund-wide graduates. The difference is pay doesn't match the difference in work load between the graduates, especially for the elective rotation.
As far as I am aware, no bonuses are given to graduates.

The pay is really good, compared to the graduate pay at other financial services companies. Looking more broadly, the pay at the higher levels starts to get worse off once you reach a certain level.

The pay structure is incredibly generous, especially considering the Fund is underlined by a greater purpose, rather than driven purely for profits.
I haven't received much information on bonus structure, and I believe these are mostly reserved for investment staff like portfolio managers.

I think pay plateaus around the middle-management job level in terms of increasing level of responsibility/workload and commensurate growth in remuneration. This is why a lot of people leave after ~5yrs of working at AustralianSuper.

Above industry standard.

The pay for grads is great, there is a huge difference between grads at AussieSuper and other grad programs in the same industry (in a positive way)

I think the pay at my company seems reasonable based on others in similar positions in the industry. I am personally very happy with my pay as a graduate but I'm not super informed on general pay throughout the company and how this translates.
