How flexible is your company when it comes to hours?
The company is very flexible. I try to work 2-3 days in the office per week. I also work standard hours (9-5) but when there were train replacements the company was very flexible and I could work different hours when coming into the office (8-4)

I never work more than the hours stated in my contract, because I simply never have to. I have done this once or twice, purely because I wanted to, not because I was forced or coerced to..

AustralianSuper is incredibly flexible when it comes to work hours. As a grad, the usual 9-5 works well for me, but I've observed many many parents who have applied much more flexible work arrangements. I feel empowered where I need to shift my work hours to do so.

Generally flexible - some teams are less flexible than others (i.e. investments teams that require constant market monitoring, or meetings with overseas offices/externals). My hours are relatively consistent, ~8hrs on avg per day.

Very flexible.

Pretty flexible, however recent changes have made it hard to come into the office when you don't have the security of knowing you will have a desk when you come in

The company is generally very flexible with work hours. It is strongly encouraged to come in around an average of at least 2 days each work to the office, and as long as you attend meetings and get all your work done in the allotted 7.2 hours most teams are flexible with when you start end your day - e.g. I usually work 8-4 instead of 9-5
