Beca emphasizes in having a positive and connected culture both during and out of work hours. There are events after work to connect. Team work is very prominent in the work we do. Seniors lead whilst grads and intermediates help out.

Office hours at Beca are great because colleagues are very friendly and easy to work with. Beca also has a social club that organizes many after-hour activities, such as the mid-year function. I've built friendships with other graduates through these events.
