What questions were you asked in your interviews?
All sorts of questions ranging from skills, experience, what do you want to get out of the roll to even more personal questions that don't relate to your ability to work such as hobbies and things you like to do in your spare it. I felt these sort of questions were good as you could tell that Beca cares about ones wellbeing.
