Training & Personal Development at Beca Australia

I felt that it was really good. There are a lot of modules of procedures that one could follow and learn. Beca has an inhouse architecture training which is extremely helpful.

Beca offers a wealth of training materials on their platform and organises numerous training sessions. I have gained technical skills in Microsoft Power Platform and project management, as well as soft skills like communication.

Attended a 2-day structural training and 2-day graduate conference in Auckland which highly encouraged me to connect with other colleagues.

We have a lot on off in terms of technical training but i would like softer skilled developed across the board, so people are better at on the job transferring of knowledge.

Opportunities for external training are good, I have been invited to attend 4 this year Internal training modules and through, informal learning from peers is excellent
