Great support groups for diversity. Not enough leadership representation and involvement in them besides funding.

Can't believe pay gaps still exist in companies which promote equal gendered pay. Many internal groups which support minorities and drive social change. Still examples of where this hasn't been embraces

Diversity goals are stated by upper management, but yet to see how they are going to achieve these. Could do more on programs to attract women into STEM and indigenous programs.
Graduate, Perth - 28 Nov 2022
There are lots of discussion around improving diversity which is good - there are not enough considerations for a diverse workforce, however, most facilities on site are still male based and female as an afterthought, for example: - women's PPE cannot be found at safety store - activities in camp are not designed for women, we are lacking space for dancing/yoga/pilates type of exercise
Graduate, Olympic Dam - 28 Nov 2022
Great, a lot of work and effort being put into this space
Graduate, Perth - 28 Nov 2022

Graduate, Newman - 28 Nov 2022
Good commitment from the top down - lots of initiatives and support groups. Amazing support from the leadership if there are any issues, and definitely a feeling of being safe to speak up. Lacking a bit of follow through from the bottom, with some discrimination still.
Graduate, Roxby Downs - 28 Nov 2022
Internal communities set up to support diverse groups within the company. These communities have funding for events, providing support and raising awareness
Graduate, Newman/Perth - 28 Nov 2022
Commitment seems evident. Yet to see much evidence of the presence of the LGBT community, but the ethnic and gender balance otherwise appear to be trending in the right direction
Graduate, Olympic Dam, Roxby Downs - 28 Nov 2022
In the bowen basin it is hard to hire many women now. In my team and in the office the gender split is very even.
Graduate, Brisbane - 28 Nov 2022
0% achievement of Indigenous management target. Dots on work shirts don't make up for that.

Graduate, Olympic Dam - 28 Nov 2022
The company have workshops and presentation to help employees to understand the company's stand on diversity.
Graduate, Perth - 26 Nov 2022
They are committed to a diverse vision for sure. seemingly at the expense of capability and fundamentally undervaluing the contribution of "less diverse " personnel.
Midlevel, Perth - 25 Nov 2022
Very supporting
