Online questionnaire Pre-recorded video interview Online test surrounding IQ Online test surrounding EQ Formal Interview
Graduate, Perth - 07 Dec 2022
This was during COVID for me and I was also interstate so all of the process for me was online. With the application, online assessments, online recorded response video interview, and phone interview (the opportunity to ask questions about the company and job).
Graduate - 07 Dec 2022
The process was easy and entirely online, consisting of video interviews, tests and a phone interview with a leader. The process was quite slow, with long gaps of silence between stages. The process started before, and finished after, most other competitiors.
Graduate, Perth - 07 Dec 2022
Interview processes are standard to other companies
Graduate, Perth - 07 Dec 2022
The interviews were straight forward and chilled
Graduate, Perth - 07 Dec 2022
Quite in depth,
Graduate, Perth - 07 Dec 2022
Interview process and assessments were efficient and well managed.
Graduate, Olympic Dam - 02 Dec 2022
No assessment center, only got a phone interview. Did not feel like I knew much about the role until much closer to the start date, rather than before the offer.
Graduate, Perth - 01 Dec 2022
From what I remember - quite straightforward and brief. Only had one interview which was a very collaborative engagement (seemed like business was just as concerned with the job being the right fit for me as I was for them/the job)
Graduate, Perth - 01 Dec 2022
The interview and assessments are straight forward and similar to most companies out there. However, the process can be slow in getting communication about interviews and assessments.
Graduate, Adelaide - 01 Dec 2022
Simple and straight forward
Graduate, Perth (Pilbara region) - 30 Nov 2022
Submitted application online, did video recording of interview questions and then had formal interview on site which involved a site walk around.
Graduate, Perth - 28 Nov 2022
There was a virtual interview where I recorded myself answering questions. Then there were online assessments (numeracy, etc.). There was then an interview with a supervisor. The process took 9 months and there was minimal information about the graduate program or the team I would be in prior to being given my contract and starting.
Graduate, Perth - 28 Nov 2022
Very competitive. Psychometric testing, assessment centres, multiple interviews.
Graduate, Perth - 28 Nov 2022
Very slow, interviews and other stages (especially receiving contracts and other HR heavy steps) can take a while to happen
Graduate, Newman - 28 Nov 2022
For the internship the process involved personality/capability testing online, then an engagement centre which had multiple 1:1 speed interviews and and a group interview For my current role the process was just a 2:1 interview with my line leader and another senior engineer in the team. The interview process itself is fine, however the onboarding/HR side of things is terrible. Months of waiting with no communication before a contract is available after accepting the verbal offer.
Graduate, Roxby Downs - 28 Nov 2022
Online Game-based assessments, pre-screening, pre-recorded interview, interview, offer.
Graduate, Newman/Perth - 28 Nov 2022
Had only an online self-interview. No live interactions with any members of the company.
Graduate, Olympic Dam, Roxby Downs - 28 Nov 2022
It was very thorough including an assessment, video interview and then an in-person interview, then a police check. It did, however, have very long pauses in between each stage.
Graduate, Brisbane - 28 Nov 2022
Given the process took place during COVID is was as best as can be expected. Did take a while though.
Graduate, Winchester - 28 Nov 2022
