The Associate Sales Representative program trained me in all aspects of my future professional development, from presentations to sales techniques, through to etiquette and executive presence.
The graduate program at Cisco is not about doing coffee runs or doing administrative tasks. You are treated as a Cisco employee with real responsibilities and real tasks that anyone else would be doing in your team.
There almost isn’t a typical day which is one of the best aspects of my job. My role also gives me exposure to different areas of the business, which I enjoy.
The most valuable skill I have gained is "selling". As a future Systems Engineer, our main role is to use Cisco solutions to solve customer's challenges and bring real benefits to them.
