Parental Leave
Civmec employees are entitled to a period of paid parental leave across the regions in which we operate. A minimum of four weeks and a maximum of ten weeks' paid parental leave is provided for employees upon the birth or adoption of a child. Up to two days' leave is provided for secondary careers.

In addition to our project sites, we continue to implement environmental best-practice at our fabrication and assembly facilities in Perth and Newcastle.
