All my managers have made themselves very accessible. Regardless of level they are always open to having a chat. They all encourage internal communication and make great mentors with their advice. Managers give great feedback in situations they want to see you improve and find opportunities to provide recognition.

My managers are incredibly accessible and very approachable, making it much easier as an intern to reach out when questions arise. These managers are great mentors with extensive backgrounds within the industry which is highly admirable when observing their career progression. The managers are constantly communicating with their staff, and will always recognise successes, providing valuable feedback on my work.
