As the first intern within this role, there is alot of room for improvement as there is not a proper strucuture at the moment. But the videos and training are very proper and educational.

The managers provide the best training

At CrowdStrike, there is a program called CrowdStrike University, where there are a wide variety of compulsory courses that must be completed throughout the onboarding process. This is a highly effective process, as the courses are very informative about not only your role, however also the company.

In the first couple of days they provide a few different training courses that give information about the company and your role. They also offer CrowdStrike University classes as well as LinkedIn learning where you can be certified in specific things.

The onboarding and training was very extensive and in depth.
