How flexible is your company when it comes to hours?
CrowdStrike is very flexible in accommodating to my university schedule. They have changed my working days to accomodate better to me. Hours are very flexible especially in being in a hybrid role.
Intern, Sydney - 13 Sep 2024
Currently in a part time position, working 3 days a week Monday to Wednesday. But I can always ask my manager for more or less hours and different days.
Intern, Melbourne - 10 Sep 2024
Very flexible, if you get all your work done you can leave whenever you want. They prioritise getting your work done in the best way that works for you rather than a restricted time frame to get it done
Intern, Sydney - 09 Sep 2024
Dependant on the teams and location, however is remote first.

As a University student currently studying a Master's degree, the company offers me great flexibility which allows me to also focus on my studies, whilst spending an appropriate amount of time working on given projects in my Talent Acquisition Intern role.
Intern, Melbourne - 05 Sep 2024
They are very flexible. You create your own full-time hours with your manager but it really depends on the day. Some days I will start an hour earlier or later than other days and then just work the extra or less time. It is perfect. The team has also been really flexible with vacations and needing time for appointments.
Intern, Boulder, CO - 30 Jul 2022
The company is quite flexible, I work from 9-5:30 Monday-Friday but I feel as though this can be moved forward/backward and hour or so without many issues
