What are your thoughts on pay and bonuses at your company?
It is fine.
Graduate, Tauranga - 06 Sep 2024
I feel at the graduate level, it is pretty low. Dtaacom hiring team should consider at least some bonuses for people with prior work experience.
Graduate, Adelaide - 11 Jul 2024
I think pay is good and at a competitive rate compared to other companies.
Graduate, Christchurch - 02 Jul 2024
The bonuses and reimbursement side of things is excellent, but I think there's room for improvement in terms of the base salary. I think just about everyone would think this given enough time, however. For example, the last pay review wasn't strictly in line with CPI, but it does show that my efforts are valued never the less.
Associate, Perth - 28 Jun 2024
As a graduate the pay was quite high compared to other opportunities
Graduate, Sydney - 28 Jun 2024
have not received any yet
Graduate, Auckland - 08 Feb 2024
Not bad, not good. Nothing special.
Graduate, Christchurch - 09 Nov 2023
Pay increases should match industry standards and not be limited by a percentage that is applied throughout the company and employees. Datacom seems to have a reputation for not paying industry standard pay, from speaking to previous employees and colleagues.
Graduate, Wellington - 07 Nov 2023
Its not terrible, but it should be more
Graduate, Auckland - 06 Nov 2023
I believe I'm paid well below what is available elsewhere. I also followed this role from a 3-month unpaid internship. Health insurance with Southern Cross is a big positive.
Graduate, Auckland - 06 Nov 2023
Even though I was promoted during my last annual review my pay wasn't adjusted accordingly to the promotion or inflation.
Graduate, Auckland - 20 Oct 2023
Low end of scale. No bonuses in my role.
Graduate, Christchurch - 08 Oct 2023
Average.
Graduate, Auckland - 04 Oct 2023
I understand that it is the standard for graduates at most places however it's lower that what is said people should be earning to be able to afford the cost of living right now
Graduate, Auckland - 04 Oct 2023
I'm not aware of any bonuses. I think my pay is mid to low for my role but it is enough for now.
Graduate, Tauranga - 04 Oct 2023
Never enough money, actually quite tight at the moment Grad pay atm
Graduate, Auckland - 04 Oct 2023
What are your company's best or most unusual perks? For example: free tickets, free dinners, moving expenses, taxis, pension, etc.
Support for professional/personal development. I dont know of any other companies that are like that.
Graduate, Tauranga - 06 Sep 2024
No special perks here.
Graduate, Adelaide - 11 Jul 2024
Health insurance with southern cross
Graduate, Christchurch - 02 Jul 2024
Life insurance isn't one that I expected
Graduate, Wellington - 01 Jul 2024
The ability to use Uber to travel between office locations and/or customer locations is fantastic, and easy to use. We don't have to worry about reimbursements, we just hop in and go. Otherwise Employee benefits in general are very reasonable, and I can't argue with the free drinks on a Friday!
Associate, Perth - 28 Jun 2024
It is easy to get leave, free training, got flown to Melbourne for training and it was all company paid for
Graduate, Sydney - 28 Jun 2024
Free dinners, free lunches, free ubers every now and then also private health insurance
Graduate, Auckland - 08 Feb 2024
What perks?
Graduate, Christchurch - 09 Nov 2023
The health insurance maybe, but it is obvious that this does not make up for the pay difference.
Graduate, Wellington - 07 Nov 2023
Private health insurance is main perk.
Graduate, Auckland - 06 Nov 2023
Income protection, free health insurance. Free high quality headset for work.
Graduate, Auckland - 06 Nov 2023
Southern cross health insurance
Graduate, Auckland - 20 Oct 2023
Health insurance is good, some social events. Opportunity to work in different locations around the country (negotiated on individual basis)
Graduate, Christchurch - 08 Oct 2023
Free health and income insurance
Graduate, Auckland - 04 Oct 2023
Lack of perks
Graduate, Christchurch - 04 Oct 2023
Health insurance i havnt even considered or worried about
Graduate, Auckland - 04 Oct 2023
Private health insurance is nice, I haven't had to use it yet though. Having a work laptop and cell phone is also nice, less a perk more a role requirement. Having allocated parking in town has been useful too.
