Site induction is compulsory, and then the company has an extensive online learning hub covering everything from transport to whiskey categories.

There are training modules available, but again it is the sort of situation where if you want to learn something new you need to have someone willing or able to spend time helping you refine those skills as the module are very broad and don't cover everything.

In relation to training they start you with some shadowing and process mapping. In my opinion this is a really good way of getting you initially acquainted with a topic as it gets you asking questions of why. The goal of this activity is to present on how the process works and where you believe there is room for change. There is also a great deal of online training modules available o go through at your on pace, this allows you access to pretty much all the training available within the company so you can be across whatever you feel is relevant to where you are at
