Managers have regular check-ins and make sure I am feeling alright and am working alright with the account I am in. Overall, very positive.

I really like my managers, she points out all of the opportunities that sounds like it might be something I'm interested in, check in with the work load and help me work towards my goals I have in my work and my career.

Manager is really nice, just working from a distance makes it hard. Communication is really good when there is communication. Really easy to talk to if I have a problem.

Most of the managers I have had during my time at DXC have been very good. They have been compassionate and intelligent people who are always willing to help and provide good advice. Internal communication has been approached well, and they are both regular meetings that help facilitate discussion as well as once-off meetings to discuss important and/or urgent things.

My direct manager is brilliant. Always around and always helping.

My manager is friendly and approachable. We meet once per fortnight to touch base and he's very accessible if I ever have any questions or need support. Communication is good.
