They give you plenty of opportunities to progress your career but I haven't been here long enough to give an opinion about promotion opportunities.

I saw an internal post about reduction of carbon footprint or electricity usage so it's something they are aware of.

Friendly, social, very welcoming.

DXC seems to acknowledge that neurodivergent people have a harder time getting and keeping jobs... DXC certainly has [the right] culture.

Consistent, and very educational.

I really like my managers, she points out all of the opportunities that sounds like it might be something I'm interested in.

Spacious, very good location and comfortable chairs and desks.

The DXC Grad team made the process easy and was excellent at communicating the requirements to me.

Fine for a graduate salary. No bonuses.

Plenty of training at DXC and even more you can do if you want to further your field of knowledge.

Hours are not really policed at all. You can arrive early/late and take your breaks whenever you like.

From what I have observed, there are not too many efforts to reduce the environmental impact of DXC. A coffee machine has been installed to help reduce disposable cup usage. DXC also helps to organise donations of old technology, as opposed to throwing it out and contributing to waste.
