There is plenty of training at DXC and even more you can do if you want to further your field of knowledge. They will reimburse the certificate you get when you get the certificate for them.

Udemy and Interskill are fantastic. On the job / interpersonal training is good too.

There is not a lot of training. Sometimes you are expected to use technologies that you have no experience with and aren't given time to train with them. But there are training videos on DXC learning.

Yes and no. I had a mentor that wasn't really present most of the year then left for another role within the company. However she did put me with other people.

DXC has many training platforms that are available to be utilised, and we are encouraged to complete lots of training. For the project management graduates, we had a full spreadsheet of training courses to complete. I have picked up a few Excel skills, as well as a theoretical comprehension of some broader project management concepts.

DXC provide lots of on-the-job training, as well as additional training for Project Management Graduates to work towards your CAPM certification. There are lots of training opportunities.
