Please tell us about promotion possibilities and fill us in on what it takes to move up the ranks.
I'm a grad at the moment and from a career progression plan, after 2 years of rotations we're able to apply for roles advertised outside of the graduate program. We're also able to continue into a 3rd year of the graduate program and continue with rotations. I am very pleased with the rotation system as cyber security is a big umbrella with a lot of pillars in them, the rotation system allows me to explore these pillars and anything else I come across that interest me.

Support for further education/ qualification. No experience with promotion as I am new but I can see that there are opportunities for secondments etc and the benefit in networking to see what opportunities are out there.

After completing 2 years of the graduate program, you are encouraged to progress your career by speaking with past managers and applying for positions. Alternatively, you can continue on for a third year and work across more teams and apply after then.

At the current moment the main factor is time, putting in the time and rotating around the different parts of the business as a graduate, then deciding which area I'd like to work in. The promotion possibilities differ depending on which area of the business I decide to work in.
