Culture is very good, healthy work environment where our mental health is take into consideration. Teams often work together and people genuinely try to get to know who you are as a person outside of work. Employees often bond with one another over shared hobbies. It is an open environment where if you have a question or some feedback don't be afraid to say it, if you need help you are encouraged to put up a hand as everything is a learning opportunity.

A lot of the people I have had the pleasure of working with have become my friends outside of work as well, where we frequently connect about how our personal lives are going. In terms of office culture, everyone is supportive and there is a big emphasis on collaboration. Everyone is also open to having a chat with you, extending all the way up to the Senior Leaders within the organisation which is very unique and great.

As a recent graduate, I've found our Procurement's culture to be incredibly supportive and encouraging. We have a continuous improvement mindset, where everyone, including myself, is encouraged to speak up and get involved. The leadership structure is clear, but communication within the hierarchy is open both ways, making it easy to share ideas and feedback. Teamwork is highly valued and beneficial, and socializing among colleagues happens often in a pleasant and enjoyable manner. It's a great environment for learning and growing professionally.

Everyone is very open minded, talks a lot, doesn't laugh much which I don't mind rude as everyone has very interesting and important what is talked about at EE, like personal or work based. I feel a slight defence force nature with how serious everyone is but they are likeable and loving at the same time which is what I love. I feel a lot of concentration from everyone and quick academic smartness and very switched on. But everyone is different and some are very laughing staff and easy to joke around with.

The company supports those who are learning and starting new roles, encourages professional development as part of the working week, and fosters a healthy work environment by encouraging to always reach out for help if you are struggling.

Very welcoming at all levels. Upper management make the effort to introduce themselves to graduates and new start employees.
Graduate, Ipswich - 11 Mar 2023
Very relaxed, friendly culture which allows for open discussions, several invites from management to socialise outside of work hours, some individuals are resistant to change within the business

Busy culture, lots of activity and change.
Experienced, Port Macquarie - 07 Mar 2023
was a bad culture when first started, has improved dramatically, almost all team members work together and are easy to do business with

The graduates at our company frequently connect and socialise during and after work. Being based in Sydney means I'm only able to connect online during our weekly catch ups. Most teams have a bi-weekly catch up to discuss work but also touch base on a personal level. I find these are useful in connecting with the team as we don't have too many opportunities to interact in person.
