How flexible is your company when it comes to hours?
8 hrs 9 days per fortnight
Graduate, Sydney - 25 Sep 2024
No mandatory days in office I only tend to go in when my manager is in, so ~ 1x a week. We work a 9 day fortnight which is an unusual arrangement if you're not used to it, but it allows you to schedule errands to occur on your rostered day off, which helps with the work life balance. Work hours are pre-determined but there is a degree of flexibility when needed.

Different managers have different expectations around work hours however all offer extremely flexible work hours. There was a time when I had a commitment during the middle of the day on a weekly basis and my manager was very accommodating towards my needs.
