Takes extra hours and consistent good work. Some people have received promotions during my time at Linfox, but it seemed overdue within the workplace.

After the grad program, I hope to grow with great progression.

By undertaking the graduate program at Linfox it enables you to progress quickly up the ranks. You need to show initiative, enthusiasm to constantly learn more, and good communication skills.

I believe that there is plenty of opportunity for progression and career development with linfox as a whole as there is a strong emphasis on building their own which I have seen first hand whilst in this rotation with 90%+ of the management starting off as a lower-level employee and working their way to a management position over time

I have high confidence of getting a job within the company after the grad program.

As a graduate you need to prove yourself in order to be offered or apply for a role

The graduate program gives you the potential to expand your network and learn all different aspects of Linfox's different business units to therefore build those connections for your future career.

The opportunities are endless, I just hope it is as attainable as I thought

Still in the early stages of this job, hopefully after my graduate position finishes, I am offered with a position.

Graduate Program is an excellent opportunity to grow up through the ranks, heavily resourced program with a plan to make the Graduates the next leaders of the company.

Promotion possibilities are almost endless within the company. Many former graduates now fill the positions of operations supervisors, managers and even SLT members. I believe this shows that the company is committed to growing and developing their graduates into influential leaders of the organisation.

I can see a genuine pathway

I have taken on a job as a manager after the graduate program, working at a site where I did a rotation. I believe that this next step will be the first of many, as Linfox generally promotes managers from within the organisation.

Your hard-work and good work ethics are recognised and promoted early.

Its hard to judge being a graduate but based on what I have heard about other people in the business, great opportunities to move.

So far I have been offered a few roles, I believe more opportunities will arise when I finish the graduate program
