The environment here is phenomenal, the ability to work within a team that greatly values your output from the work you are completing.
The opportunity to experience different areas of the business... Great introductory to a career.
Linfox has strong company values in safety, health & wellbeing, as well as striving for operational progression.
At this site there are multiple good mentors that continuously find time to help your development and growth.
Great culture, big company and a focus on continuous improvements all the time.
There is no guaranteed employment post-graduation, and the lack of clear career progression paths can leave graduates uncertain about their future within the company.
The onboarding process can be inconsistent, with some graduates feeling there is not enough planned work or guidance, leading to periods of confusion and downtime.
Grads must take a proactive step which isn't a bad thing, however sites usually have no clue what to do with a grad.
Due to the frantic and fast-paced nature of the industry, sometimes it can cause stress.
No guaranteed employment post-graduate program and long hours.

By undertaking the graduate program at Linfox it enables you to progress quickly up the ranks. You need to show initiative, enthusiasm to constantly learn more, and good communication skills.
Linfox has the Green Fox program which works on sustainability projects. These include electric trucks and car charging stations. Solar power at DC's. Recycling programs.
Linfox places a heavy priority on these initiatives... the diversity rated for women in management and as a larger proportion of the workplace is being talked about and seen.
Overall, the graduate program has been a pleasant experience so far. The opportunity to experience and rotate through different business units is extremely beneficial.
The managers I had the pleasure of working with were exceptional, they would always make the time to not only teach but to have a general conversation and help build rapport.
I am personally saddened by the lack of pay. Whilst it is a graduate program, being the least paid person in the room, but having the highest University education is quite disheartening.
The company is as flexible as they can be, being in the industry we're in obviously there is a necessity to be on site. however, as long as notice is given, and cover is available one-off shifts to schedules have been allowed.
Furthermore, amazing to see the utilization of environmentally sustainable practices within my warehouse... electric vehicles and solar power being utilized.
