Driver demographic is primarily Indian and mostly - there are initiatives to bring additional women into the driver space. There appears to be diversity throughout the company

Linfox places a heavy priority on these initiatives and it is evident through the company wide meetings which are held and monthly HR focuses that are presented in the workplaces, furthermore it is amazing to see that the diversity rated for women in management and as a larger proportion of the workplace is being talked about and seen, making an amazing impact on the industry

There are many ongoing initiatives and programs which prioritise promoting the value and recognising the lack of representation from certain groups within the industry.

Linfox have shown a commitment to diversity, especially within the grad program, as the graduates whom they hire come from a range of different backgrounds, races, religions, and identities. However, given the nature of the logistics industry, many sites tend to have a majority male workforce.

I believe Linfox warehouses provides great opportunity to people from less privileged backgrounds. When I was previously working at a Linfox warehouse, I had work mates from all different nationalities.

Linfox offers internal training for skills candidates who may not have had the opportunities to receive this elsewhere. As a result many managers at various sites started from an entry level position, and were promoted upwards.
