Management at Linfox ANZ

Managers are quite accessible to speak and engage with, they are relatively good mentors, depends on the person and their interest in you. Internal communication is simple and easy to undertake, whether a message, call or email, very easy to contact them. Performance is tricky measure, not sufficient time to have that analysis undertaken. Praise and recognition is a health amount.

Managers are usually quite accessible. They are knowledgeable and relatively approachable. I've received moderate feedback and/or praise and recognition throughout the 6 months so far.

The managers and supervisors at my current rotation have shown themselves to be excellent mentors, making themselves available for on-the-job training and feedback and accepting and encouraging ideas.

The managers are good mentors, with good communication skills. They are always sure to provide performance feedback and recognition for hard work.

The managers I had the pleasure of working with were exceptional, they would always make the time to not only teach but to have a general conversation and help build that rapport amongst not only me but the team too, this is something that strongly aligns with my leadership goals and commend this rotation for. They all believe that feedback, praise and recognition is important however there are different approaches to this, some which I align with and some which I do not, I believe that some managers should be pushing a more positive and encouraging environment however this may be due to a whole host of things from internal pressures, poor education or other factors.

Quite accessible and willing to teach. Some managers are better than others.

The president of my BU comes to many of our weekly meetings so he understands what is going on, he asks questions about things said in previous weeks. My manager is easy to contact and is not intimidating when im not sure of something. I've talked to the CEO several times he always makes the time to speak to everyone when he can

The managers have been great, they are easy to approach and communicate with. They are happy to answer any questions/queries and do their best to mentor/ include you.

The management is easy to approach and more then happy to listen, they have all been great mentors and have been more then willing to share their knowledge in the roles they're within. Management is praised at my site with manager of the month incentives.

I am really happy with my mentor and managers, they have allowed me to dive into big projects and lead these which has given me so much knowledge and learning experience.

All managers I have encountered have been phenomenal, from middle-level, to the SLT. They have been fantastic at recognising and rewarding performance, as well as providing encourage and feedback. As well as this, they are very approachable and down to earth.

The managers I have worked with at Linfox have almost all acted as good mentors. The mindset I experienced at Linfox was that of one large connected team, and the managers who I worked under seemed keen to watch their teams succeed and progress in their careers.
