Working Hours at Linfox ANZ

Previous site was quite flexible, new site is very rigid and not understandable of peoples external requirements and commitments. Because of this, really vital people are leaving as they aren't able to have that work life balance which they previously had and were grateful for, but never abused.

Chairman is very against WFH - thus we only occasionally get to work from home. hours are generally 9-5pm with some days stretching over where required. Other members within the commercial team often did 9-6/7pm. Somewhat flexible start times.

Between 8am-6pm hours are when I work. Somewhat flexible and not really too.

The company is as flexible as they can be, being in the industry we're in obviously there is a necessity to be on site. however, as long as notice is given, and cover is available one-off shifts to schedules have been allowed

Work hours aren't really flexible due to the nature of the work.

When I was working with floor management, it was a stricter 8 hour workday without much flexibility to come in earlier/later however this is due to the type of work being completed. when working with upper management, this was more flexible

If your job is done, there's no need to linger around. Shouldn't be anything major outstanding before you leave. Typically work can finish within an 8 hr day though.

My specific site is extremely flexible in regard to hours. Generally 8-9 hour working days.

Three days in the office 1 day from site 1 day from home 8 hour day with 30 min break

Work hours vary, you may be required to do more hours in certain roles. Some roles you may be put in place to cover another colleague so you have to put in extra hours to complete the tasks

The work hours can be flexible, but some roles may require you to put in a lot extra that can cause a toll on your overall work life balance and satisfaction.

They are flexible in start time, they work to a standard 8hr work day

I generally work from 9-5:30, some days finishing at 5 if I completed all my work on time. I also receive one day from home which I enjoy and was lucky as my manager was kind enough to allow me one day as usually graduates are not supposed to receive this.

Early starts, but subsequently earlier finishes. Hours required are linked directly to operational requirements of the site so will vary when moving between sites.

My company is extremely flexible within reason, whether that be working from home when a certain situation arises or going home earlier if you have to start earlier.

Working 9-10 hours daily. I am happy with that at moment not sure about the flexibility yet

Work hours as a graduate at Linfox will vary substantially based on your site, or the individual teams one works with at each site. Some sites, especially those based on road and rail transport, will require a more substantial time commitment. Furthermore, at large warehousing sites graduates will often be working within many different teams, and as a result starting at different times of the day from week to week.

Flexible start and finish time although expectation to stay back if you don't finish your work

In my current role, hours have been very flexible in terms of working from home and working in the office.

Work hours can usually be long and difficult. I have worked several 12 hour days and have sometimes had little to no room for personal/social time.
