Please comment on your company's office space, location and facilities. And while we're at it, please tell us a little about the dress code.
First site, I had no space to sit at a desk for 2-3 months, I had no access to internet as it was only ethernet connection, which meant I had to wait for people to leave to access my laptop and work commitments - this made it very hard to learn and work alongside peers. Second site is better, slightly more space, but still restrictive with desk space. However, Wi-FI is available, which is helpful.

Clean, organised, sit/stand desks. Most spaces have two monitors to ease workflows. Uniform is the usual expectation, or business casual

Head office very clean. Warehouse offices are customer owned so not always.

Where we sit is within the warehouse, however it is a nice area with good lighting, chairs and desks. This set up allows us to hand on with the team aiding when any issues arise. Dress code at this site is business casual with steel cap boots. We have customers on site here, so you want to look presentable at all times.

Good infrastructure and easy to navigate / access. Missing some safety protocols due to it being a live load site with trucks around.

Given the fact that many of our offices are based in industrial settings, on site, many offices are quite basic and older. However, head offices within each states are state of the art.

The head office is great but a lot of the sites could improve

The office facilities vary depending on site, as does the dress code. Graduates working at head office are expected to dress in business attire, whereas grads based in warehouse settings are required to wear appropriate workwear including high vis and safety boots.

We wear proper safety attire in warehouses. The office is very typical office wear.

Facilities are great - though differ across sites. They are spread across Melbourne which makes it accessible to many people.

The dress code on site is not too formal, hI vis vests and safety boots must be worn at all times

Dress code is business, would be nice to relax it a little, if there aren't any meetings with clients, we should be able to wear jeans etc.
