Contour believes that if their employees improve and grow, so does the business. They encourage our employees to continuously improve themselves, whether it be through courses, seminars, or further studies to improve their professional acumen. Contour backs this philosophy by providing our full-time employees with a Professional Development allowance each year.
Mentorship
During each of your graduate rotations, you will be mentored by a member of the Contour team. Each team member is highly qualified and are experts in their field. They will provide you with the knowledge and skills to make sure you are prepared for the complex defence environment.
Work Life Balance
At Contour, they recognise that flexibility is important to a successful workplace. As a majority of their work is client facing, the hours and location is usually set by the client. However, they understand that people have family commitments, so they will do their best to accommodate where they can. Contour also offers Community Service Leave for either Australian Defence Force Reserve Service and Emergency Services, or Volunteering.
