Please tell us about promotion possibilities and fill us in on what it takes to move up the ranks.
Cant really comment on the promotion opportunities as I am in a grad program. Over 3 years I will rotate throughout the business to develop experience.

I've enjoyed the progression with the grad program which allows you to experience as much of the company before settling in to a role.

I believe that the graduate program is too full on for the role. You are expected to spend a considerable amount of time filling out paperwork and providing evidence on your experiences, however being in an onsite roll does not give you much opportunity to complete this as the workload is fairly high.

No opportunity to move off grad program before 2 years so no chance to progress before then
Graduate, Perth - 30 Jul 2024
There seems to be a natural progression into roles within the company. I have not seen extensive promotions from those who I work with but potentially this will increase with more time at the company.

To be seen. I think there is a lot of opportunities at Monadelphous. The managers at monos are all welders, fitters e.c.t who started somewhere and built them selves up. So you start somewhere and learn the rest. For engineers I think eventually you go from project engineer, to snr project engineer to a manger of some sort.
Graduate, Morwell - 30 Jul 2024
Monadelphous strongly promotes internal promotions over external hires. Typically employees will move around the business and grow due to the vast amount of different opportunities within the business.
Graduate, Perth - 30 Jul 2024
The company policy is standard 2 pay adjustments per financial year for a graduate, moving into different areas of the company is not often discussed or presented to you, but I'm sure if you asked the question monos would accommodate.

It is not clearly defined on how to move up in the ranks but it appears if you put in great work you will be recognised for it
