My company has a strong support to local community groups. Particularly in the Pilbara in which they recently offered a range of assets (Buses) to be used by schools.

The culture at Monadelphous is what monos is known for, they do this extremely well, you can speak to TA's on site as comfortably as speaking with the GM, very approachable, friendly and no corporate ladder where everyone is fighting each other to the top.

Diversity is an area of focus at Monadelphous. Indigenous and women diversity is a strong focus. There is a women in the workplace group and an indigenous division incorporated.

The continuous workplace support and mentoring from experienced personnel.

Very approachable, great mentors and always make time for you even if they are super busy, can easily message them on teams for quick answers or catch up for a coffee downstairs.

Office space is great, clean and tidy, regular updating of computer equipment, and recently an inhouse cafe has been added.

Interview process I found to be very very good. Very professional and efficient. I had other companies take a month to make a decision and tell me. Monos had me interviewed, hired and starting in 3 weeks.

Pay is typically above par for the industry I work in, and experience I have.

The passport program is amazing and provides motivation to get signed off, and what areas of project engineering you need to excel in and understand front to back.

There is very flexible working hours. There are no questions if you need to take some time off work, and a lot of support if days need to be worked from home.
