Culture at Monadelphous

The company culture is overall very good. Everyone is easy to get a long with despite their position within the company.

Some areas of the business incorporate more external activities than others. Both areas I have been in have been great to socialise around and are very easy to work alongside.

It was extremely important for me to find a company that has a great work culture both in office and after office hours, Monadelphous definitely provides this. The structure and hierarchy flows perfectly I have always felt like I have been needed.

Like any company there are people who you don't get a long with, however in my experience onsite the team is very cooperative, supportive and has a good work culture.

There seems to be a lot of social events if someone was to participate but choosing to keep to yourself after hours i.e. onsite is also welcomed which sometimes is needed.

Generally always a laugh or two to be found at the office. I don't know what people are like out of the office. Except for the other graduate which I have played golf with on a few occasions. No issues with culture

The culture is one of the stand out features of Monadelphous. Everyone is easy to talk to, whether socially of technically related. Teams are built with strong management foundation, and hiring is done with team culture suitability in mind which strengthens the group further.

The culture at Monadelphous is what monos is known for, they do this extremely well, you can speak to TA's on site as comfortable as speaking with the GM, very approachable, friendly and no corporate ladder where everyone is fighting each other to the top.

The people are great to work with and are easy to get along with. The structure of the company seems fair. Lacks after hour office culture

In the office everyone knows everyone. There are many extra curricular activities to participate in outside of work hours

It shows that collaboration is important throughout the hierarchy, which helps build a stronger team.

All engineers are in ear shot and eye sight of each other allowing for open communication and input from everyone. Everyone is friendly and eager to help you and progress your learning.

Very welcoming, together and co-operative. Everyone seems happy to help out and are keen for a talk

nice people to be around, they're not just here for the paycheck, they'll actually get to know their new workers and try welcome them as much as they can. they're genuinely friends
