I have had no issues with all of my managers so far. All have been supportive and help when need be.

My manager has been great to communicate with and learn the procedures in heavy lift. I have received multiple performance feedback to know exactly how I'm tracking.

I would say they are Accessible. they ok mentors, as they are trades generally its not always a perfect fit. the other engineers are the best mentors for me.

A mentor program is set up to ensure all newcomers have someone they can always reach out to. Manager's doors are always open, and they are always keen for a social or technical chat.

Very approachable, great mentors and always make time for you even if they are super busy, can easily message them on teams for quick answers or catch up for a coffee downstairs.

Managers are very approachable and almost always available when ever you need them if they aren't then they will make time for you

I have enjoyed my first manager, he is very intelligent and has given me a different perspective on how to view challenges and tasks and encouraged me to be more thorough and precise

Project and construction managers interact regularly. I cannot say I have ever seen or been approached by anyone higher then that level

it's a very colloquial language, they don't seem like they're people you need to fear or impress. They're genuinely friendly, they give you praise when you do good jobs and can step in when you're shooting down the wrong path
