Pay is above industry standard here and I can't complain.

I'm satisfied with the pay, and it was nice to receive the increase due to inflation.

Bonus would be nice

The pay is good compared to other graduates that I studied with, however the hours are considerably more and you work away. I believe that the pay for being onsite is not worth working away and the additional hours.

I feel base pay should increase more once signed off the graduate passport, bonuses are only project completion bonus so nil are offered during the financial year or Christmas.

I have not utilised any, the gym seems like a good inclusion for very cheap but otherwise I have not looked into it

The pay is the only perk I need.

There are always discounts on hotels, car hires, shopping, etc. They also hand out tickets to football games and events.

Raffle tickets to go to the West Coast Eagles or Fremantle Dockers home games at Optus Stadium, expense claims back for Ubers, hotel discounts, health insurance discounts, gym discounts, in house cafe, various dinners throughout the year for the graduate forum held each year.
