Our recruitment process is comprehensive to enable ourselves and candidates to evaluate from the outset the right fit and ascertain commitment levels early on. The process has 4 stages and shortlisting is conducted at each interval. Phone screen, first interview, psychometric assessment and second interview. Candidates who are successful after the second interview stage will be asked to provide details of three professional referees and these can include university referees.
